Heath E. Wilkinson
Founder and CEO
Heath is responsible for customer satisfaction and project success. He develops, implements, and monitors CLEAT's mission and overall direction. He also measures and evaluates CLEAT's key result areas (KRAs) and identifies and implements opportunities.
Heath is an avid fan of the Washington Capitals and Redskins and an advocate of the Chesapeake Bay.
Eric is responsible for customer satisfaction and project success. He is responsible for all project-specific activities including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation. He also serves a s a liaison and link to all clients' lead representatives.
At age 22, Eric sailed around the world with his father.
Matt quarterbacks the onsite project activities, monitors and enforces CLEAT's safety policies, manages CLEAT's trade partners' quality and schedule, and enforces CLEAT's quality control plan.
Matt is also a youth football coach and future super-agent to his two sons.
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
Dominique is responsible for customer satisfaction and project success. She collaborates with managers to assist with client-facing communication and signage, identifies and develops new client opportunities, enforces CLEAT's quality control plan and manages marketing efforts.
Dominique began selling real estate and developing houses at 16.
